Our Mission:
To establish a community group for adoptive families that will provide education and resources about adoption issues and spiritual refreshment and encouragement for parents on a regular basis. For a full brochure, click here.
Meetings will occur on the following Thursday evenings:
Sept. 10, Oct. 8, Dec. 10, 2015 and Jan. 14, Feb. 11, & Mar. 10, 2016
Time: 6:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. A complimentary meal will be provided at each session.
6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. The following group sessions will be provided:
Parent group session will provide support and training to help develop skills to meet the unique challenges of parenting.
Child and adolescent group sessions will help children build social skills, enhance
self-concept, and increase the development of healthy relationships. (For those
children that wish to attend.)
Childcare- The Zion Church will provide nursery and childcare for younger children. Childcare workers all have current clearances.
